ORAL LESION MYSTERY patient simulations are the first interactive dental education programs to inform and assist in the early detection and treatment of lesions. The programs present an interesting dilemma where you must utilize clinical 'clues' to decide which of 3 patients has the dangerous lesion - a real differential diagnosis challenge.
The simulations place you in a clinical setting, where you can proceed through the process of inspection/screening, patient education/communication, and management of oral lesions. You will also learn how to establish a set of 'oral lesion protocols' to follow in private practice.
PICS is a dental simulation developer with interactive education and training programs geared towards dentists, staff, and dental students.
The fee for each Oral Lesion Mystery course is $50.
